Yes. CVWiser is free to start with no credit card required. Free users get 3 tailored CV and cover letter generations per month, ATS match scoring, and full application tracking. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can AI write a CV for me?
Yes. CVWiser uses AI to analyze any job description and generate a tailored CV and cover letter matched to that specific role. You paste the job description, we do the rest — then you edit and export.
Is CVWiser free?
CVWiser has a free plan with 3 generations per month. For more generations, you can pay $2.99 per CV with no subscription, or upgrade to Pro at $8/month, billed yearly ($99 per year).
How is CVWiser different from ChatGPT for CVs?
ChatGPT requires you to write prompts, copy-paste your CV, and format everything yourself. CVWiser stores your profile, analyzes the job automatically, generates both CV and cover letter, scores ATS match, and tracks your applications — all in one place.
What is an ATS score?
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System — software employers use to filter CVs before a human reads them. CVWiser scores how well your CV matches the job description keywords so you can improve it before applying.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
When Stripe billing is live, you’ll manage or cancel your plan from your account. Until then, limits on this page are planning targets — final numbers may change slightly at launch.
What counts as one generation?
One tailored CV plus a matching Cover Letter for a single job, including job analysis and match score. Editing the same document does not use a new generation.
Can Free users download cover letters?
Yes. Free users can download cover letters (DOCX/TXT) within their monthly generation limit.
Does Pro yearly change my monthly generation limit?
No. Pro monthly and Pro yearly both include 25 tailored generations per month. Yearly only changes billing cadence and total price.
How do job tracking and CVs work together?
Each generated CV is tied to a job. From the dashboard and documents you can see match scores, open or update application status, and keep follow-up notes so you always know what you sent where.
